Ekspress AM-22

Built by NPO PM with Alcatel Space comms payload module. Spacecraft EAM22 No. 3001; launch with Proton 410-04 and 11S861-01 No. 13L for GP KS. AM 22 will go to 53E.

AM22 uses the new 727M SESAT bus with serial number 3002. Eutelsat leases 12 Ku-band transponders on AM22, a package named Sesat-2.

Launch mass 2542 kg. Payload mass is 596 kg.

GSAT-19E was a test payload for the first orbital GSLV Mk 3 mission. The launch profile sent the C25 stage direct to GTO without parking orbit coast.
