1980-013A
The Blok-BL stage's gyros failed, stranding Kosmos-1164 in low orbit. Blok-L ignition observed from CTIO. Initially 13A was cataloged as being in a standard Molniya type orbit; it remained in the satellite situation report until Dec 1980. A small RCS object, 1980-13D, was cataloged in late August and assigned to the 1980-13 launch.
