Mission 9051, with Agena D 1157, was launched on 1963 Jan 7 into an 82 degree orbit. The SRV was recovered from the sea after a 4 day flight. The SRV came down 1600 km off course because of a horizon sensor malfunction. The vehicle had erratic attitude control and film ran out on pass 57D,but the film obtained was of good quality. Orbit mass was 1299 kg.
