Okean-OE No. 1 (Kosmos-1500) was launched on 1983 Sep 28. The third in the Okean series was the first of the NKhM series (Narodno-Khozyaistvennyi Morskoy, National Economy Maritime Satellite), NKhM No. 1.

Kosmos 1426

Digital advanced recon satellite, deorbited over Pacific at the end of its mission. The launch went directly to its operational 200 km perigee orbit, unlike later flights which used a perigee raise burn a day or more after insertion.

Progress 41

Progress (7K-TG) No. 149 was launched in Mar 1989 as Progress-41. It delivered 2238 kg of cargo to Mir. After undocking on Apr 20, it was to be deorbited as usual over the Pacific, but for the first time on a Progress mission the deorbit burn was incomplete when fuel ran out, leaving the vehicle in an orbit with a perigee of 127 km.
