Satellite for 55.5W. The Zenit-3SL rocket took off from the Odyssey platform but hydraulic power failed and the rocket went off course. Automatic shutdown of stage 1 engines came at T+25s, with the vehicle hitting the ocean soon afterwards.
The UHF band payload was to be operated by Italy.
