2005-016A
Titan 4B-30 with a 66' fairing and without an upper stage. Possibly Titan 405B; launch codename PROMETHEUS. Stage 1 impact E of Newfoundland. The spacecraft was quickly tracked by hobbyists. In 2015 imaging by Russian space debris cameras showed that the radar on USA 182 was a rectangular planar one rather than the paraboloid dishes used on the first four spacecraft.
