KH-4 Mission 9048 was launched on 1962 Nov 24 by Thor Agena B from Vandenberg. The SRV was recovered on Nov 29 in mid-air over the Pacific, 300 km downrange of the planned location and 50 km from Honolulu, at about 21N 158W. Some film was overexposed due to light leaks.
