KH-4B Mission 1114 (CORONA 142) was launched by Thorad Agena D from Vandenberg on 1971 Mar 24. Both SRVs were recovered. The programmer failed on pass 235, ending photography for the mission. The satellite also carried a Doppler Beacon geodetic supplementary payload. The DISIC index/stellar camera was unit 1R, the refurbished prototype.
This was the third CORONA Agena to use HDA/Hyperzine-300 instead of IRFNA/UDMH.
