Resurs F-1 (17F41) No. 24 was launched in Sep 1983 as Kosmos-1498. NORAD gives a Sep 29 decay date but the RAE gives Sep 28.29; the 0.01d accuracy usually implies a Kettering recovery time. The first TLEs for the engine associated debris are on Sep 28, which supports the earlier landing date.
