The RS-3 (Radio-3) amateur radio satellite from SKB Iskra was launched with 5 other RS satellites on a single 11K65M launch vehicle in Dec 1981. RS-3 carried technology experiments. The Radio-3 group of satellites were based on the Strela-1M bus.
