The second 'Ofeq satellite was launched on 1990 Apr 3 by Shavit from Palamchin Beach. The intended orbit was 250 x 1000 km x 144 deg, and the actual one was 206 x 1586 km x 143 deg. The low perigee caused reentry in three months. The 152 kg octagonal cylinder was 2.1m long and 1.2m in diameter.
