1987-010A
The first Ekran-M satellite (11F647M No. 11L) was launched on 1987 Jan 30. It failed to reach its final orbit and was given the cover name Kosmos-1817. Kosmos-1817 was originally cataloged as 17367/1987-10C; sometime between 1993 and 1998 both the catalog number and (unusually) the archival TLEs associated with the catalog number were changed to 17365/1987-10A. Below the original designations are noted against the orbits.
