The first Block 2A was GPS 23, launched on 1990 Nov 26. The Block 2A satellites used the uprated Delta 7925 launch vehicle. Navstar SVN 23 was placed in plane E-4. On Dec 12 SVN 23 developed problems with its solar array, delaying the next launch for several months.
