1975-106A
On 1975 Nov 17 the USSR announced the launch of the Soyuz-20 spacecraft with no crew on board. Soyuz-20 demonstrated the first automatic docking with a Salyut class station two days later when it linked up with DOS 4 (Salyut-4). Soyuz-20, an Almaz variant, tested modifications allowing Soyuz to remain docked to a station for 90 days, extending the previous 60 day certification.
