2009-023A
Space Tracking and Surveillance System (STSS) Advanced Technology Risk Reduction satellite, formerly the STSS Block 2010 program. The classified MDA satellite will explore "alternate technology" for the STSS. The MDA used NASA to broker launch services with ULA.
The satellite was transferred from MDA to Air Force Space Command in Dec 2010 for use in the space situational awareness network.
