1994-049B
Brasilsat B1 was the first widebody HS-376 satellite. The HS-376W featured an R-4D-12 liquid apogee engine. It was launched in Aug 1994 on an Ariane together with Turksat 1B.
Size was 3.64m dia 3.7m high stowed, 8.4m deployed. Mass is 1765 kg launch, 1052 kg BOL, 942 kg dry.
After the creation of Star One in 2000, the satellite was renamed Star One B1.
