STSAT-2B

 2010-F02

A duplicate 100 kg STSAT was prepared for a 2010 launch. The Russian side claimed that the flight-termination self destruct charges in the second stage went off by mistake. The Korean side claimed that `oxidization and compression' systems in the Russian first stage caused the explosion.
