Yaogan Weixing si hao (Remote Sensing Satellite No. 4) launch by CZ-2D from JQ to 1100LTDN SSO, a different plane from YG-2. Second optical satellite in series. The satellite made one orbit adjustment in late 2010 and slowly decayed after that.
