Sats 1 and 2 named Tiis (Thijs) and Natalia, contestant winners. Tiis after Thijs Paelman (2000-) of Belgium. Natalia Nikolaeva (2002-) of Bulgaria.
Launch of IOV-PFM and IOV-FM2 on the IOV-M1 launch with Soyuz ST-B (2-1b, 372RN21B) No. B15000-001 (no. 8?) (flight VS01) and Fregat-MT No. 7 (No. 1030).
Fregat-MT has an extra 900 kg of propellant.
Spacecraft control in Germany, nav payload control in Italy.
