Telstar 12V

Telstar 12 Vantage, replaces T12.

Astrium Eurostar 3000 satellite, 15W, with 11 kW power. Mass 4900 kg. Payload has 1040 kg MMH, 1690 kg MON-3 for total of 2730 kg prop.

This was the first flight of an improved second stage with capability for a long coast and a third burn.
