CAST/CASTC DFH-3. According to sinodefense.com, this satellite was Shen Tong 1 and used for Ku-band mobile strategic communications.

Mass 2300 kg. Served at 103E from 2003 to 2008, then at 98E.

In 2008, ZX-20 and ZX-22A exchanged positions `due to the needs of users'. In 2013, ZX-22A moved slightly and ZX-20 returned to the 103E position.
