KH-4 Mission 9033 was launched on 1962 Apr 28 by Thor Agena B from Vandeberg into a 73 degree orbit. This mission was designated as part of Program 622A. Orbit mass of Agena 1125 was 1225 kg. The SRV was ejected and deorbited on May 5 but the parachute cover failed to release and the capsule sank in the Pacific. The CORONA history says recovery was on rev 64, the Vandenberg report on rev 96.
