Interkosmos-19 was launched on 1979 Feb 27 by Kosmos-3M from Plesetsk. The satellite was also known as Ionozond-IK. Its major experiments were two topside ionospheric sounder radio beacons. The mission was led by IZMIRAN but the science lead was Yu. Galperin of IKI.
Mass was 1042 kg. Span was 23m?
