Soyuz T-8

 1983-035A

Spacecraft 7K-ST 11S732 No. 13L was launched in Apr 1983 carrying a long-stay crew for Salyut-7. However, as the Soyuz T-8 separated from the final stage, the Igla rendezvous antenna failed to deploy. A manual approach was attempted but at a range of 200m entry into Earth's shadow caused an aborted approach.
