1984-129A
DSP 6R was refurbished and launched in Dec 1984 as a Phase II Upgrade satellite. It had a new primary sensor, the SED, and a MWIR for observing smaller missiles. The SED had 6000 pixels on the focal plane and included above-the-horizon capability.
