1991-087A
Raduga No. 39 was launched in Dec 1991. In Feb 2000 the satellite began to drift. Orbital data indicates that after it made a natural oscillation around the 35-40E region, a significant maneuver in Jan 2001 moved it back to 35E to begin another loop. Alternatively, this may represent a misidentification of the satellite.
