Soyuz 11A511FG No. 021 with Fregat 14S44 No. 1016.
Starsem dispenser has a mass of 390 kg. Satellites are 450 kg; trapezoidal bus + 2 panels.
One object remained in a 195 x 233 km x 51.9 deg orbit, probably the Soyuz FG third stage.
