2009-F03
The KSLV-1 launched 2009 from KHSC (Ko-Hoeung Space Center) 127.54E 34.43N, renamed Naro Space Center, on Oenaro I., S Chola province with Science Technology Satellite 2,

mass 100 kg.
Naro-1/KSLV-1 stage 1 is Angara, with 170t thrust and 140t mass, 2.9m dia. Stage 2 is Hanwha Corp solid motor described as '8 ton class', derived from the smaller-diameter KSR-1 motor. Total height 33m dia 2.9m. Stage 2 length possibly 7.8m, motor is around 2.0m long around 1.0m diameter.
STSat-2 box + 2 panels by KAIST/SatRec, 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.93m span 1.8? Orbit will be 300 x 1500 km x 80 deg.
One of two 300 kg fairings failed to separate. The second stage separation happened late, at 327 km.
Estimate of masses: Pre burn: stage 2 full is 1440 full 200 empty (a complete guess, factor 2 at best). Payload is 100 kg + 300 kg fairing half. Engine is 80 kN for 44s, guess Isp = 290s. Then dV = 2.4 km/s?
Korea time is GMT+9.
Launch expected 1700 KT, 0800 UTC, 0400 EDT Aug 19.
