USA-113

 1995-038A


The USA-113 payload was a DSCS III. The Lockheed Martin built satellite used an IABS upper stage, and for the first time an Atlas IIA launch vehicle. Mass of the satellite was 2689 kg including IABS. According to an Aviation Week report, the satellite was designated DSCS III B7 and was to be stationed over Indian Ocean.
