Launch Oct 2010. Built by EADS-Astrium/Friedrichshafen, with prop system and structure in EADS-Astrium/Stevenage. Eurocket adapter, Rokot launch or Vega.

9.25m long 1.5 high 0.85m deep; Champ bus, + boom. Mass 473 kg full with 106 kg prop. Control from ESOC with Kiruna ground station.

Swarm FM 1 and 2 at 490 km, Swarm 3 at 530 km.
