JAXA mission to test solar sail: Interplanetary Kite-craft Accelerated by Radiation Of the Sun. In Japanese the project is
\uni{ 小型ソーラー電力セイル実証機}{ }
(Kogata sora denryoku seiru jissho-ki, Small Solar Power Sail Demonstrator Machine). It demonstrated a 1.1mN acceleration.1.6m dia 1.0m high 315 kg full 290 kg dry. with 15 kg solar sail 20m diagonal.
In 2014 IKAROS was revived for a third time; it only had sufficient power to activate its insturments for three months out of the year.
