Zenit-2 No. 61 used the 51.8 degree profile and flew a standard 8 day mission. However, the descent module parachute failed to fully inflate and the SA was damaged on landing. About 25% of the film was destroyed. Landing was 65 km S of Orenburg at 51 03 N 55 44 E.
