The second 2MV-1 probe suffered a similar fate to the first, reentering from parking orbit after 5 days. A fuel valve on the S1.5400A1 engine failed to open and the Blok-L main engine did not ignite.

Gambit 32

KH-7 32 was launched on 1966 Sep 16 by Atlas Agena D from Vandenberg on a 6 day mission. The Agena D rocket reentered after 1 day; shortly after orbit insertion a small piggyback satellite was launched from the Agena aft rack. This was the last KH-7 to carry such a subsatellite. As well as the OCV, the Agena, and the subsatellite, one debris object was tracked; the SATCAT and the UN give a 474 x 498 km x 94.0 deg orbit and a decay date of Oct 30, so it was probably a small sensor cover from the subsatellite.

Interkosmos 25

The AUOS-Z-AP-IK satellite was launched on 1991 Dec 18 by Tsiklon-3 from Plesetsk. The satellite was named Interkosmos-25 on reaching orbit, and was also known as Apeks ( Ape ks), an acronym for Active Plasma Experiments (APEX in English sources). The satellite had a mass of 1266 kg and carried a plasma generator and a Magion subsatellite. Span was 23m.

High Energy Astronomy Observatory 3 was launched on 1979 Sep 20 at 0527:59 by an Atlas Centaur from Cape Canaveral. Centaur AC-53 delivered HEAO 3 into a 94.4 min, 485 x 501 km x 43.6 deg orbit at 0534 and separated at 0541. It transmitted until 1981 May 20 and reentered on 1981 Dec 7.

Mercury Atlas 4

Spacecraft 8 was refurbished as Spacecraft 8A, and was relaunched at 1404 on 1961 Sep 13. It became the first Mercury in orbit, and was recovered from the Atlantic after a 109 minute trip around the Earth. The astronaut simulator was again carried. Splashdown was 283 km E of Bermuda (about 32N 60W). Retrofire is at an angle of 34 deg corresponding to a dV of -128, 0, -86 m/s.

The satellite's orbit was raised on around rev 10 (or perhaps rev 4), implying a possible failure. RAE indicates the orbit change happened around Dec 13 0500 UTC, but the separated radar was cataloged with first TLE at 0033 UTC (although I suppose it could be an mis-ID). Orbit comparison suggests a burn at Dec 12 1719 UTC might be a better solution, although Dec 13 0357 UTC is also possible and more consistent with other analysts.
