1995-060A
The second Milstar was launched in Nov 1995 after a several month delay due to problems with the Titan SRMs. TC-13 placed Milstar 2 in an inclined geostationary orbit like that of Milstar 1. The satellite was stationed over the European zone until 2002, when it was moved to the Indian Ocean. The satellite was still operational in Nov 2005.
