The first Commercial Resupply Services flight was launched in Oct 2012. Launch mass was 7426 kg. No trunk cargo was carried.
The Falcon 9 no. 1 engine failed one minute after launch; the system compensated to reach the correct SECO-1 orbit, using up some of the propellant intended for the second Stage 2 burn. The second burn was automatically cancelled because of the requirement to make sure that any underburn didn't result in an orbit which would re-intersect the ISS, and the Orbcomm secondary payload was ejected in the SECO-1 orbit.
