Eutelsat HB10 will replace Atlantic Bird 4 at 7W for Middle East programming and later be moved to 13E to supplement HB 8 and 9. It was renamed Atlantic Bird 4A after entering service. Moved to 3E as Eutelsat 3C in 2011.

EADS Astrium Eurostar E3000 4892 kg launch, 2.7 x 3.4 x 6.3m with 38m span (AriPK); 4890 kg launch, 4.0 x 2.4 x 2.9 m with 39m span (EADS PK).

V187 used L545, with a long fairing, an ASAP 5 + PAS 937S adapter for NSS 9, and a Sylda 5A+ PAS1194C adapter for HB10.
