2014-015A
DMSP-19 'Aurora' was launched from Vandenberg in 2014. The solar array failed to deploy fully; as of Jul 2014 the usual ejected cooler covers had not been cataloged in orbit.
The satellite failed in Feb 2016 - it would no longer accept commands. However, it continued operating autonomously, sending weather data, until 2017 Oct.
