Sesat

 2000-019A


Eutelsat's Sesat (Siberian-European Satellite) built by NPO PM with telecom payload by Alcatel Espace. Provide coverage to the Russian Far East from 36E. Launch end 1998. Eutelsat has ordered a satellite from NPO-PM. 3200W power, 18 tsp. Plasma thruster stationkeeping. It uses a derivative of the MSS-2500-GSO bus common to Gals and Ekspress, in a new Ekspress-M 727M variant later used for Ekspress-AM.
