PSLV launch to 240 x 36000 km. Follow by TCM-1 and TCM-2 perigee burns to 386000 km apogee ETO (Extended Transfer Orbit). LOI burn to 1000 km then deploy solar panels and reduce to 200 km, then later 100 km polar orbit.
ISRO 1380 (1304 in some sources) kg launch 525 kg in LO, 1.5m cube+panel satellite in lunar polar orbit by modified PSLV launch to GTO and then internal propulsion
Lighter version of IRS satellites, derived from METSAT. 100 km polar orbit: will image and geochemically map lunar surface.
